Joseph started his advertising career in Televisa’s theatre as an actor. He is a graduate at the Los Angeles Trade Technical College, with postgraduate studies at the Art Center College of Design and University of Minnesota. A native of Aguascalientes, Ags., Joseph is a member of a prominent family from the state of Zacatecas that has provided over 50 years of public service both locally and nationally.
In 1993, Joseph started working with Neiman Marcus as an international ad agency for the Mexico markets until 1998.
With over 25 years of experience in advertising, public relations and direct marketing in 20 Latin American countries, Sweden, the Far East and the U.S. for companies such as Northwest Airlines, Avis Rent-A-Car, 3M, Dairy Queen, Zale Jewelers, and many others, Joseph and his team keeps the “Excellence Touch” in all their work by providing exceptional service and concern for the ROI and metrics with all their clients with Service, Service, Service.
On February 2013 Joseph founded the Associacion de Federaciones Mexicanas en el Exterior with a Financial Seminar by FDIC followed with a scholarship program with CashAmerica and North Lake Community College. On May 2018, Joseph with assistance from the U.S. Department of Commerce launched the Texas BizCenter as an International Business Development Services utilizing his more than 30 years of advertising and marketing experience.

Former Director General of Industry and International Relations for the Secretariat of Innovation and Economic Development for the Chihuahua State Government.
His main responsibility was to provide support to established Industrial Companies in the State with plans for expansion as well as attraction of new investments, retention and support to Formal Clusters in Industry, Energy, Artificial Intelligence, Automation and Integration, Information Technologies, among others. He Has developed enterprises in Agriculture and Human Resources.
Former Director of the New Mexico Border Authority in the US, under Governor Bill Richardson. Former President of the Maquiladora Association (INDEX) in Ciudad Juarez with more than 300 members. Former Director of the “EL Paso Foreign Trade Association”, and active member. Counselor of the Chamber of the Transformation Industry (CANACINTRA) in Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua, Mexico.
With an acumen that spans three decades of entrepreneurship in advertising/marketing in both the United States and Mexico, Eliseo has led multicultural advertising for such accounts as Shell’s Quaker State, Pennzoil and their Car Care brands and BMW Group’s MINI USA, yielding no less than a 400% increase in sales for the latter and unprecedented inroads and brand awareness impact with untapped multicultural markets for the former.
Strategic planning and market intelligence are at the core of his career, serving as consultant to various leading Multicultural Ad Agencies and companies such as the multiple-award winning LatinWorks and Sanders/Wingo, to name a couple.
Eliseo has been deeply involved with the automotive industry and is active in various roles with leading premium marques such as Porsche USA, BMW NA and Ferrari NA on the one hand, complemented on the other, with extensive market-engagement expertise in short, mid and long-term awareness, loyalty and conquest campaigns with companies such as the United States premiere Formula 1 track: Circuit of the Americas, building and running a program for Audi NA.

Javier with a 50+ year career that has encompassed a broad range of operating, C- suite, BOD, external affairs and leadership positions, involving both international and U.S. domestic operations & management responsibilities has developed international executive positions with Texas Instruments, Oki Electric and other U.S. and South American companies.

Graduated in Communications at Universidad Cuauhtémoc Qro, Citlali has specialized in creative content and advertising strategies for social networks.
After spending a couple of years working with advertising agencies, Citlali decided to start working on what she likes, since for more than 3 years she has been helping companies improve their image with digital media.
Currently her role at the Texas BizCenter is working managing projects as Communications Director. “I really enjoy this job because I learn new things with direct contact with clients. Also, I am fortunate to continue dedicating time to strategies for social networks and audiovisual production.”

Andrea Rendon studied at Universidad Internacional in Cuernavaca considered one of the capitals in Latin America where they teach Spanish approved by the Royal Language Academy of Spain (UNINTER) where she got her Degree in Linguistics (focused on Spanish and English language proficiency applied to teaching, translation and communication). She also has Cambridge Certifications.
Andrea started working as an English teacher nine years ago. She has also worked as a translator with Texas BizCenter developing websites from English to Spanish for Vantage Bank, South Padre Island and several other clients.
Andrea acquired experience as a Spanish Editor for grammar and style supervision when she worked at the Editorial Centre of UNINTER for their school magazine. Her experience allow us to define clearly wether the message or copy is tailored for Educational, Persuasive, Technical or film and TV scripts for our Spanish speaking consumers or business communications.
Alejandra (Ale) graduated with CBtis 118 Senior High Schol with a Technical Career in Business Administration.
Her career in BA helps her to coordinate all present and future projects efficiently and precisely. Basically as Traffic Coodinator for each project from the planning stage to final execution.
Besides being a young mother, Ale is a leader for 15 teenager girls, motivating them and guiding them for their physical, psychosocial, intellectual and religious formation, to integrate in our society.
Ale, also helps with graphic design and social media.
Marlene who hails from Cuernavaca as assistant to a real estate agency for five years, brings her experience in demographic and land location for our maquiladoras’ Real Estate projects along with two years in locating food products and logistics for our imports operations from Mexico.
Marlene has also demonstrated talent for layout and photos selection since 2018 as an administrative assistant for Texas BizCenter. She spends her free time with her lovely little girl, three dogs and two cats.
